TMA: CONTINUE OUR MISSION

Talcott Mountain Academy nurtures the ability and potential of each and every member of the Talcott Mountain community. Through this environment, we nurture the quality of education that enhances every aspect of our lives. Kids and adults can combine their ideas with technology and scientific imagination to make a difference in their world and in their lives. In order to maintain this quality and reputation, we must meet multiple needs not fully provided by tuition, fees, and other routine sources of income. Each year, friends of the Talcott Mountain community contribute to helping improve facilities, provide better financial aid for qualified students, acquire new technologies, and improve the student life on campus.

There are several funds to choose from below if and when you decide to contribute. Visit us so you know where your contributions are going, and that they are making an impact.

Contributions continue to be a large help in brightening the future of many smart, intellectually talented kids, and we would like to continue this mission.


SCHOLARSHIP FUND

The need for tuition scholarships is always greater than the resources of the school. Your assistance in making this education available to all who qualify, regardless of economic background, is greatly appreciated.

THE NANCY LA SALLE SCHOLARSHIP FUND

This fund was set up to honor Nancy and her years of service to the Academy and Science Center. Interest from this fund is given annually to support scholarships for female students attending the academy.

TECHNOLOGY FUND

As a school for science, mathematics and technology, it is imperative that we keep up with changing technologies, particularly in the areas of computer science, robotics, and technology.

ENDOWMENT

The Science Center and Academy also has a small endowment. Making this grow is a priority. Having a large endowment from which to draw interest can help in numerous ways, from funding capital improvements in infrastructure and equipment to increasing supplies and salaries.
